Pirramimma Petit Verdot

Petit Verdot is rarely bottled as a varietal wine unto itself, but that's not stopped Pirramimma from making it one of their signature wines. The exceptional 2016 vintage was matured for over two years in a combo of French and American oak. It's full and ripe, dense and concentrated, with plenty of jammy dark fruit, spiced plum, mint and vanilla. It'll impress through 2025 with smoked short ribs.?ÿ
